Hello! I’m Victoria and welcome to my blog! I’m not sure how you got here but thank you so much for stopping by and reading my first blog post! I have wanted to start a blog for a few years now, but I’ve always talked myself out of it. As a socially anxious introvert, the idea of sharing my thoughts on the internet for anyone to see scares me. However, I know that the only way to overcome this fear is to push through it, so here I am writing my first blog post, and here you are reading it.
My main goal with this blog is to inspire people to go vegan and help them on their journey to a more compassionate lifestyle. I want to show people that being vegan is not as hard as some might think. You can veganize any food or dish without compromising on flavor (check out my Resources page for some food blogs I love). There are also plenty of vegan beauty, clothing, and household/cleaning products on the market right now. With more and more vegan brands and products launching every year, it is easier than ever to adopt a vegan lifestyle. There are also numerous benefits to this lifestyle, which I will share in upcoming posts.
If you are already vegan, that is AWESOME! I hope that I can help you on your journey, as well. I adopted a vegan lifestyle over 3.5 years ago and it was by far the best decision I have ever made for myself. I’ve learned a lot these past few years and I want to share some of that knowledge with you. I plan on sharing some of my favorite recipes, restaurants, clothing companies, and beauty and cleaning products. I also want to share information on climate change, animal rights, fair fashion, feminism, mental health, and other topics I am passionate about.
